Get the masters degree of your selected field. Having this can help you improve your credentials and become successful since having an experience on this topic would be very important. Consider on getting certified. Specific qualifications may not be needed for mediation, but this may be varied from different states. Some classification classes are needed such as completing the course, but would not guarantee that you need to get certified.

Getting an internship. To have the internship can really help in acquiring some experiences.
